These terms apply to the use of the luna360.app website. The website is operated by SYSTHEMA ANALYTICS S.R.L., registered office str. Dragoș Vodă nr. 2, bl. D5, et. 1, ap. 3, Deva, jud. Hunedoara, România, CUI 45945560, Trade Register J20/524/2022 (“we”).

1. The website

The website presents Luna360, a loan management platform for microfinance institutions and other lenders, and lets organisations request a demo. Using the website is free.

The use of the Luna360 platform itself by a lender (accounts, data, availability, fees, data processing) is governed by a separate written agreement between that lender and us, not by these terms.

2. Acceptable use

When you use the website you agree not to:

• send false information or information about other people without the right to do so;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the platform or other users’ accounts;
• disrupt the website, for example by automated requests, spam or malicious code;
• copy or reuse the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Luna360 name and logo, the texts, screenshots, design and software are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the website; any other use needs our written permission.

The screenshots on the website show sample data, not real persons or clients.

4. Information on the website

We describe Luna360 as accurately as we can, but the information on the website is general and may change as the product evolves. It is not an offer; what a lender receives is set out in its agreement with us.

5. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website, from temporary unavailability or from websites of third parties we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy; the cookies we use are listed in the Cookie Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the website applies from its date.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are decided by the competent courts at our registered office. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
